Abstract Influenced by complex factors, housing price can be well predicted by the systematic theory.Combining the empirical study on Lanzhou's house market, in the view of theory and practice, the paper constructs system dynamics model of urban housing price.Adjusted and analyzed by computer, the satisfactory results were obtained.It can be concluded that the model has great applied values in three aspeets, including:①imitation of real estate market;②policy study and policy decision analysis on real estate;③intrinsic mechanism study on urban house market.
